Under the heart disease it includes blood vessel diseases, arrhythmias and congenital heart defects. The term a heart disease is also called as Cardiovascular disease  generally refers to conditions that involve the heart or blood vessels which include coronary artery disease and myocardial infraction. Now a day cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death globally .
